HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering a product from our online store is very simple. Simply choose a collection (classico or alchemists) and browse through our wide selection of products. You can find the basics features in the list page of our products. If you click on a product you like, you will go to the inside page where they have more information about the product. From there, add a quantity and click on “Add to cart” to add the item to your Shopping Cart. When you are done shopping, click on the icon of shopping (right top of your screen). After you can see the details of your cart and you can proceed to checkout and follow the steps until completion of the order.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP?

No, you don’t need to create an account. You can place an order as a guest customer. However, creating an account at allows you to save your personal details and addresses for quicker check out at your next order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

This depends on the status of your order. Before shipment of your order, you can cancel your order or part of it. If your order has already been dispatched then the product(s) will have to be returned once you have received them. In both cases, please initially contact our Customer Care department at sales@credor.gr and they will guide you accordingly.

HOW DO I USE MY WISHLIST?

HOW CAN I SEE WHICH ITEMS I HAVE PLACED IN MY SHOPPING CART?

To view the items contained in your shopping cart click on the shopping icon on the right top of your screen. The number under the icon allows you to view the number of items in your shopping cart at a glance.

HOW DO I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY SHOPPING CART?

To add items to your shopping cart, first, you have to find the product you want. After you click on the button “Add to cart” at the product view pages. To remove an item, go to the shopping icon and then click on the red ”X” next to the item you wish to remove.

HOW CAN I REVIEW MY ORDERS AND THEIR STATUS?
